You will find properties that are discounted 20-50% (or more) due to our years of experience in the industry, as well as our continue efforts to market for and negotiate the best deals possible.
Why are you selling these deals? Why don't you just keep them?
Great question and we get asked this a lot! Simply put, we cannot buy every deal we come across. Our business model is to market for and negotiate the best deals posible on as many properties as we can. Some we keep, but most we pass along to investors like yourself!
Are these properties different from what I'd find on the MLS?
Most properties on our site are deals you would likely not find on the MLS. The MLS is a service where real estate agents list properties for sale, usually for a retail price, and therefore aren’t “deals” for us investors. We work directly with homeowners because we can offer them win/win solutions most Real Estate agents cannot.
What exactly does "as-is" mean?
These properties are being sold “as-is”, meaning they are being sold in their current condition, therefore it is the sole responsiblity of the purchaser to make any and all repairs necessary to the home.
Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
No. There are no additional fees to work with us. You are simply responsible for the purchase price of the property, and standard transfer/recordation taxes and title company closing costs.
Can I use bank financing to purchase these properties?
We primarily work with people who are looking to buy investment properteis with cash, hard money or private lender. However, if you are pre-approved with a bank and the property meets the bank’s lending criteria and are able to close quickly, we’ll consider the offer!
How do I make an offer on one of your properties?

Part of the reason we are able to provide such deeply discounted investment properties is because of the terms we agree upon with sellers during our negotiations, which often times includes a quick closing timefame (usually 30 days or less). Therefore, you need to be able to act quick so you don’t miss any of our deals!
